MVP workshops - £250
2-3 hrs
Collaborative workshop to develop a plan for your prototype or minimum viable product (MVP). We work to simplify your vision down to the essentials whilst still preserving customer value. We'll work together on your user journey and figuring out what needs to be built and how.

Note: This doesn't include development work, but does include tech and tooling suggestions.

Technical Mentoring - £150
1hr
Monthly or fortnightly mentoring sessions to support you in building your tech prototype, raising investment, or applying for funding.

Each 1 hr session includes mentoring time and a follow-up email with actions and notes.

Discounts are available for blocks of 3 or more sessions booked in advance.

Collaborative MVP Build - £700
1 day (7 hrs)
​A full day spent with you working together on your prototype using low and no-code tools. The aim is to show you the range of available tools and get you comfortable using them, so you can continue after we have finished working together.
Typically, the morning is spent refining your MVP user journey, and the afternoon demonstrating suitable tools and walking you through creating key steps in your chosen user journey.​

Technical Strategy - Fractional CTO
For start-ups needing longer-term technical assistance, I offer a fractional CTO service starting at £500 per month, depending on needs and funding levels. This covers technical advisory, planning and external team management.
